Who We Are

fortunegreen is run by Jon and Penny Elbery who between them have years and years of experience in web development and providing IT and management expertise to small to medium sized businesses.
We have a practical approach to business and are more interested in providing you with an excellent online strategy than wowing you with technical wizardry (although you can have the wizardry if you want it!)
But what you really need to know about us is this:

  • We will meet with you, spend some time talking about your strategy and what you expect out of your website, and provide you with a free quote. You have no obligation to proceed at this stage and it will have cost you nothing.
  • The quote will be for a fixed price and we will be clear on what we intend to deliver and what your obligations are. So many web development projects end in tears because expectations fall short of what is delivered. We prefer to spend a bit of time upfront -at no cost to you – to ensure that we are all on the same page.
  • We have a very sensible attitude towards customer service. You are the customer, you’re paying the bills and we are committed to keeping you happy.
  • We guarantee our work
  • We will be available to you when you need us (we guarantee to respond to service queries within 24 business hours of receipt)
